Types of Canvas

Colors

• Canvas comes in almost any color from the whitest white to the blackest black.

Size

• The count of a canvas refers to how many threads there are to an inch.
• 7-count means that there are six threads for every inch and the wholes are quite large.
• 18-count means that there are eighteen threads for every inch and the wholes are smaller. This is the most common count for canvas work.
